What amenities are included? +

Yoga mats & blocks, ping pong table, horseshoe ring toss, mountain bikes, laundry/dryer, gourmet locally roasted coffee & organic teas, golf cart, and all pool/spa amenities.

How is the drive in winter? +

Ranch Road is gravel and plowed in winter. Deep snow does occur occasionally. We recommend 4WD/AWD. We do not accept cancellations due to weather.

Is there cell and internet service? +

Yes — cell service on property and high-speed internet via Starlink.

Can I arrange concierge services? +

Absolutely. Private chef, guided yoga/breathwork, spa treatments, horseback riding, paddleboarding, transportation, bonfire & s'mores — all available upon request.

How far is it from Bend? +

15 minutes from Redmond Airport, 25 minutes from downtown Bend. Gravel road access (plowed in winter, 4WD/AWD recommended).
